Yes. We currently accept both Visa and Mastercard payments over the phone.

Have you added new locations, purchased reality, or sold property? Did you buy or receive new jewelry, firearms, machinery, art of other collectibles? Please stay in contact with your agent when you buy or sell items to ensure your policy is adjusted as necessary.

Our invoices are billed to the insured 30 days in advance.

A growing number of our insureds now have LLCs for their rental properties. Please inform Paris and Washington or your agent if you have an LLC so we can determine if the LLC needs to be the ‘named insured’ or the ‘additional insured’ on the policy.

In any case of more than one person/entity owning or having an interest in property(s) covered by the policy, we must use the additional insured endorsement to ensure all parties have liability coverage. Please note: both types of insureds have the same coverage. If you think an additional insured needs added to your policy, please contact your agent.

Claims must be turned within 60 days of the date of loss.
